Sparkles of me

I love traveling, the blue of the sea, the green of the eyes and the purple of the rainbow. I have passion about languages, English is my favorite, but each of the languages I know has its charm. I don’t have education when it comes to poetry, I have no idea what the rules of writing sonnets are. I write about whatever my heart feels, in a way my soul feels it’s right.

“Sometimes all we need is few words, said from the right person, with the right attitude, at the right time, words that will make us breathe a little scent of a loving heart… because love is what makes us go!” ~ Blaga

Blaga, what a gift to be able to dive into so many different languages. I have stood on the corners in different countries attempting to speak even the simplest of phrases – only to have the patient person from that country repeatedly correct my words. I must massacre them! :) Hopefully I’m saved by the fact that I try!

Like you, I am not schooled in poetry, but I love a good turn of phrase whether in prose or poetry. Look forward to reading more of your very welcoming and attractive blog.

You, my dear Blaga, are precious.
    One in a million.
A heart of gold, hmm… does gold have a scent?
Yes, a heart of gold smells like Jasmine and all other intoxicating flower scents.
    Luv Ya, Goddess!

First of all, thank you so very much for visiting my site and being so kind in your comment! After reading several of your poems, I am quite “blown away” by their beauty and depth, and the sense of fun as well. you are extraordinarily talented and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to read your work. Perhaps I will be able to say, someday, “I knew her when. . .!”

I chose this page to put my comments on, because otherwise I would have clogged up your page with several extensive comments; so I decided to condense them into this one.

You have an excellent command of English – as a matter of fact, it is in many ways better grammatically than native English speakers, so no worries about that, OK? Besides, poetry offers writers the opportunity to disregard many of the grammar rules that are necessary in day-to-day speech, so you chose the right genre in which to use your English! :-D

I am familiar with many different forms of poetry, but I generally set thoe aside in favor of whatever the Spirit or situation moves me to write, unless I am challenged to write in a specific form or style. I write in a variety of styles – mostly my own, and have very eclectic subjects – a varied mix of humorous and serious, reflective and objective! I would love for you to read, as you have time, the poems that I am compiling for an anthology I hope someday to publish – called “Sense and Nonsense – Between the Lines.” I am still in the process of editing them – I just can’t stop tinkering with them, and always find things I want to change or “tweak!” You can find this collection at my WEbook project’s URL:

Please stop by anytime at my blog – I’ve subscribed to yours, so I will be back to yours often. Once again, thank you for coming by. I look forward to reading your poetry!

Blaga ever since I came across your blog on Jingle I’ve been enchanted by your poetry, without having training your poetry is what I would want in my collection. Your poetry is romantic it has passion. The way you express yourselves in your poetry sounds like you were born to do this.
Thanks for sharing your work with the world.

  7. Andy Says:

Blaga, like you, I have no formal training in poetry and express my thoughts purely from moods of the heart.

I’ve visited you a few times and even though I’ve not always commented (shame on me), I love your expressions. Your words are full of all the things I know and write about…love, passion & romance.

You are indeed a gifted person…your work is full of life and charisma…

I sincerely thank you for sharing with us.
