There are some days with rain,
some roads almost blind, with no end,
I wish I could cross them to find you, again.

Branches in stormy weather dancing,
the waves in the ocean crazy, mad, insane.
I wish I could sip bubbles to see you, again.

There is the fever, wounds and scars in flames.
Talking to the reflection of a broken mirror,
I wish I could play the music of your voice, again.

Dark angel’s embrace and my fast heartbeat,
I want to keep them, I want to dive, to find shells and zeal.
But is it real, I wonder? I miss you, I won’t hide …again.

I hate this time of the year, winter, gray, cold … end of December. I hate that traitor- my heart, just for today …

Beautiful but sad poem. Sometimes we cannot help but miss people from the past. I just wish they didn’t have to become “the past”. I hope you feel better.

Merry Christmas in advance! Enjoy your holidays!

Beautiful but sad poem. Our hearts can betray us (as do the men in movies (smile)). Hope all is well, my friend.

Sorry for the late comment! It has been one hectic week for me, but I have very much missed your poems!

“Talking to the reflection of a broken mirror”…this was a very heartwrenching poem, very painful. I can relate to it, though this time of year doesnt have that effect on me, I do get that way in February. There’s nothing worse than missing someone, someone maybe you shouldnt, someone maybe you can’t ever have again. *internet hugs*, a very great poem though, it really portrayed the emotions wonderfully.
